L'Organisation pour l'Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires regroupe 17 États. L'adhésion est ouverte à tout État-membre de l'Union africaine non signataire et à tout État non-membre de l'Union africaine et invité à y adhérer d'un commun accord de tous les États parties.
Les langues de travail de l'OHADA sont le français, l'anglais, l'espagnol et le portugais.

Le 12 novembre 2025, une conférence portant sur les « Enjeux de l'adhésion du Burundi à l'OHADA » s'est tenue dans les locaux du cabinet Hogan Lovells à Paris. Lors de cette conférence, l'ouvrage « OHADA Burundi Perspectives stratégiques et convergences juridiques », publié chez VA Editions, a été officiellement présenté au public, en présence de l'éditeur.
The Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), in partnership with the OHADA National Commission (CNO) of the Democratic Republic of Congo and with the technical and financial support of the World Bank through the TRANSFORME Project Coordination Unit (PCU), is organising two training sessions on the theme” Theory and Practice of OHADA Procedures: Enforcement Measures and Collective Proceedings”.

Ce lundi 10 novembre 2025, Abidjan, la Perles des Lagunes, a abrité la Cérémonie d'Ouverture de la 16e édition du Concours International « Génies en Herbe OHADA » (GHO), qui a été retransmise en direct. Cette Cérémonie marque le début de la phase finale du 16e Concours dont l'apothéose est pour le 15 novembre prochain. Sobre et conviviale, elle s'est articulée autour de plusieurs intervention.
