Le Burundi deviendra-t-il alors le 18e État membre de l'OHADA ?
Au-delà du continent africain, l'OHADA s'est exporté dans la Caraïbe et inspire même l'Union européenne. Cela sans abandonner les possibilité d'élargissement à de nouveaux membres africains au premier titre desquels le Burundi.
