On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
The Faculty of Law and Economics of Mohamed V University in Rabat has been hosting since this morning an international conference on “OHADA Law: Challenges and Perspectives”.
The Permanent Secretary of OHADA, Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, paid a courtesy visit on Wednesday 16 April 2025 to Her Excellency Ms. Jeannette Marcelle GOTCHANGA, Ambassador of the Central African Republic to Cameroon.
Cet ouvrage explore en profondeur le sort des créanciers chirographaires dans le cadre des procédures collectives en droit OHADA, à savoir le redressement judiciaire et la liquidation des biens. Il s'agit de ces créanciers non privilégiés, souvent appelés à subir les conséquences les plus lourdes lorsqu'une entreprise entre en difficulté financière.
Cette édition enrichie et actualisée, approfondit l'organisation et l'exercice du pouvoir dans les sociétés anonymes dans le cadre de l'OHADA (Organisation pour l'Harmonisation en Afrique du droit des Affaires), les attributions des organes sociaux, les droits, obligations et responsabilités des mandataires sociaux.
Le samedi 11 avril 2025, le Club OHADA Centrafrique a organisé, en collaboration avec le Cabinet d'Ingénierie Juridique et d'Arbitrage en Centrafrique (CIJARC), un atelier d'échanges sur la thématique « Le bon droit pour la santé saine de vos affaires ».
Le Club OHADA Paris (C.O.P.), en partenariat avec le cabinet Hogan Lovells, organise une conférence sur le thème : « Le financement de projets en Afrique : enjeux et défis ».
