Le bailleur peut demander à la juridiction compétente d'ordonner l'expulsion du locataire qui ne paie pas les loyers. Le locataire ne saurait tromper la religion du juge en excipant l'incompétence du juge des référés alors même que la réforme de l'AUDCG du 15 décembre 2010 attribue désormais à ce juge compétence pour connaître de l'action en résiliation du bail à usage professionnel.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
