Il s'ensuit que cette signification est régulière et fait courir valablement le délai de l'opposition.
L'opposition faite hors du délai prévu par l'article 10 AUPSRVE est donc irrecevable.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations.
