Les dispositions de l'article 516 de l'AUSCGIE inclus dans le sous-titre II dudit Acte uniforme, intitulé administration et direction de la société anonyme ne désignent que les organes ou personnes qualifiés pour convoquer une assemblée générale des actionnaires d'une société anonyme et ne s'appliquent donc pas aux sociétés à responsabilité limité (SARL). Il s'en suit que l'article 516 est inapplicable en l'espèce à la convocation à l'assemblée générale de la société en cause, qui est une SARL ; rejet du moyen.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
