La demande d'annulation formée contre une saisie-attribution de créance et la signification contenant rectificatif à itératif commandement par le saisi doit être considérée comme injustifiée dès lors que les griefs articulés contre ces actes n'affectent pas leur validité et que la Cour dans sa décision a fixé le montant des différentes sommes légalement dues en procédant aux rectificatifs nécessaires.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
