En droit camerounais, la juridiction compétente pour statuer sur un contentieux de l'exécution des décisions judiciaires nationales est le Président de la juridiction qui a rendu la décision querellée. Dès lors, le justiciable qui conteste une décision émanant du Tribunal de Grande Instance doit impérativement porter son action devant le Président de cette juridiction. C'est donc à bon droit que le Président du Tribunal de Première Instance saisi se déclare incompétent ratione materiae.

International Congress on the Business Climate in Africa: Kinshasa to Host Inaugural Edition in 2026
