Le juge commissaire doit procéder à la répartition des deniers tout en tenant compte de la provenance de chaque denier conformément aux articles 162, 166 et 167 de l'AUPCAP. Ainsi, si la répartition est faite en violation de ces dispositions, une nouvelle répartition doit être ordonnée.
L'opposition formulée contre une décision du juge commissaire doit être rejetée si elle n'est pas intervenue dans un délai de 8 jours à compter de la date de notification de celle-ci.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
