Le traité CIMA instituant une conférence interafricaine des marchés d'assurance ayant été ratifié par le HCR, organe législatif de la transition de l'époque, est bien entré en vigueur au Niger. Le moyen tiré de sa non-promulgation est donc non fondé.
Les articles 258, 259 et 260 du Code CIMA limitant ou excluant l'indemnisation, par les assureurs, des dommages corporels subis par les victimes d'accidents de la circulation terrestre est une atteinte à l'article 100 de la Constitution du Niger, qui dispose : « Dans l'exercice de leurs fonctions, les juges sont indépendants et ne sont soumis qu'à l'autorité de la loi... »

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation.
