Voies D'exécution - Saisie - Saisie Conservatoire - Conversion En Saisie - Attribution - Délai - Non-respect - Caducité Du Titre Exécutoire - Mainlevée De La Saisie (oui)

Le porteur d'un certificat de non paiement revêtu de la formule exécutoire dispose du délai de huit (08) jours maximum pour procéder à toute voie d'exécution. Passé ce délai, ce titre exécutoire devient caduc et par voie de conséquence, toute saisie pratiquée en vertu dudit titre est frappée de nullité par la juridiction compétente et entraîne la mainlevée de la saisie irrégulièrement pratiquée.

International Congress on the Business Climate in Africa: Kinshasa to Host Inaugural Edition in 2026
