Aux termes de l'article 14 alinéa 3 du Traité OHADA, le contentieux relatif à l'interprétation et à l'application des Actes uniformes et des règlements prévus au traité relève exclusivement de la compétence de la CCJA
En l'espèce, d'une part, le litige oppose deux sociétés commerciales et se rapporte à leurs activités, et d'autre part, la défenderesse a conclu comme susdit à l'irrecevabilité du pourvoi de son adversaire en invoquant les articles 17 et 115 AUSCGIE. Dès lors, l'incompétence de la Cour suprême est avérée.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
