Celui qui contrefait une marque de fabrique alors que celle-ci n'a fait l'objet d'aucune déchéance ou radiation s'expose à la saisie-contrefaçon des produits contrefaits. La saisie ayant été régulièrement pratiquée, le propriétaire de la marque contrefaite, muni d'un certificat de non déchéance et d'une attestation de non radiation peut obtenir de la juridiction compétente qu'elle prononce la validité de la saisie-attribution opérée tout en ordonnant la destruction des produits contrefaits et la condamnation du contrefaisant au paiement des dommages-intérêts en réparation du préjudice subi.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation.
