En faisant uniquement état, en sus du principal des intérêts de la créance sans en indiquer le montant, le décompte fait dans la requête aux fins d'injonction de payer, le requérant d'une ordonnance d'une injonction de payer viole l'article 4-2 de l'AUPSRVE. Ainsi, l'ordonnance d'injonction de payer ayant été rendue sur la base d'une requête qui était irrecevable mérite d'être annulé.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
