Suite à l'opposition qu'il a formée, un requérant a obtenu du juge des difficultés d'exécution l'annulation et la mainlevée de la saisie-attribution pratiquée entre les mains de ses créanciers.
Statuant sur saisine des parties adverses, la Cour d'appel a décidé que contrairement aux dires de l'intimé, la dénonciation de la saisie-attribution lui a été faite de façon parfaitement valide et valable. Elle jugea en outre que l'exploit d'opposition à saisie-attribution des créances avec assignation en contestation avait été signifié par des personnes sans pouvoir et sans qualité pour y procéder.
Elle décida que la saisie-attribution engagée devra se poursuivre.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
