Traite Ohada - Conformité Des Dispositions Des Articles 14, 15 Et 16 Du Traite Avec L'article 3 Du Préambule De La Constitution Du Sénégal
Bien que les articles 14 à 16 du Traité OHADA réduisent les attributions de la Cour de cassation sénégalaise telles qu'elles sont définies par l'article 82, alinéa 3 de la Constitution, ils sont compatibles avec l'article 3 du Préambule qui dispose que le peuple sénégalais, soucieux de préparer l'unité des Etats de l'Afrique et soucieux d'assurer les perspectives que comporte cette unité ne ménagera aucun effort pour la réalisation de l'unité africaine d'autant plus que le Traité OHADA, dans son Préambule, ne prescrit des limitations de compétence nationales qu'en vue d'accomplir de nouveaux progrès sur la voie de l'unité africaine.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
