En application de l'article 515 AUSCGIE, l'action en nullité des délibérations d'une assemblée générale irrégulièrement convoquée n'est pas recevable lorsque tous les actionnaires étaient présents ou représentés. En l'espèce, tous les actionnaires ayant été présents ou représentés à l'assemblée générale du 14 septembre 1998, il y a lieu de déclarer irrecevable l'action en nullité exercée par certains actionnaires contre les délibérations de cette assemblée.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation.
