La CCJA est compétente dès l'instant où la décision déférée est rendue dans une affaire soulevant des questions relatives à l'application d'un Acte uniforme ou d'un Règlement prévu au Traité relatif à l'OHADA. Tel est le cas en l'occurrence, s'agissant d'un recours relatif à une ordonnance d'injonction de payer.
La requête qui s'est contentée d'un domicile élu pour le demandeur résident et seulement du nom de la ville pour le défendeur, omettant de déterminer le quartier et éventuellement la rue en vue des procédures subséquentes, est irrecevable et l'arrêt ayant retenu le contraire doit être cassé.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation.
