Un créancier obtient une ordonnance d'injonction de payer contre son débiteur. Ce dernier forme opposition et sollicite du Tribunal un délai pour s'acquitter de sa dette. Dès lors que le débiteur est une association humanitaire à but non lucratif qui connaît des difficultés financières et sollicite un délai raisonnable, les juges en ont déduit sa bonne foi et lui accordent terme et délai.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
