Des débiteurs ayant formé opposition à l'ordonnance d'injonction de payer obtenue par leur créancier, saisissent le tribunal afin qu'il leur soit accordé terme et délai assortis d'un différé pour payer, ainsi que la réduction des frais de recouvrement.
Les juges ayant retenu que c'est par tromperie et manœuvres frauduleuses que les demandeurs à l'opposition se sont fait remettre la somme principale, et qu'aucun élément tangible du dossier ne lui permettait d'apprécier la réalité des prétendues difficultés alléguées, ont rejeté l'opposition comme non fondée et ont condamné le débiteur à payer immédiatement et sans délai la somme en cause. Ils ordonnent en plus, l'exécution provisoire du jugement nonobstant appel et sans caution.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation.
