Le concessionnaire automobile qui fait de la réparation une activité secondaire rattachée à l'activité de vente de véhicules pose un acte de commerce par accessoire. Ainsi, tout litige né de l'inexécution du contrat de réparation est soumis à la prescription quinquennale de l'article 18 AUDCG. Le propriétaire qui ne réclame pas son véhicule dans ce délai est forclos et son action doit être déclarée prescrite par la juridiction compétente.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
