La mainlevée donnée à un tiers n'ayant d'effet qu'à l'égard de ce tiers saisi auquel elle a été notifiée, elle ne peut s'étendre à la saisie pratiquée dans une autre banque qui n'a reçu aucune notification d'une telle décision.
La demande de mainlevée de la SIPIM doit être rejetée, dès lors que la dénonciation de la saisie-attribution faite à la banque est conforme aux dispositions de l'article 160 AUPSRVE, la tierce opposition initiée contre l'arrêt servant de fondement à la saisie-attribution ne pouvant suspendre son exécution aux termes de l'article 191 du code de procédure civile, commerciale et administrative

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations.
