Le preneur doit être expulsé dès lors qu'il ne remplit pas les conditions de bénéfice du droit au renouvellement du bail, telles que prévues par l'article 93 de l'AUDCG.
Il en est ainsi, lorsque le bailleur, dans les délais exigés par l'article 93 a fait savoir au preneur qu'il n'entendait pas renouveler le bail.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
