Les tiers saisis doivent être condamnés à payer les causes de la saisie et le paiement solidaire de dommages-intérêts, dès lors que d'une part, ils ont refusé de payer les causes de la saisie, violant ainsi les dispositions pertinentes de l'article 164 de l'Acte uniforme portant voies d'exécution, et d'autre part, ont fait des déclarations inexactes et incomplètes.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
