Lorsque la saisie-vente porte sur les biens dont la propriété est querellée, la juridiction compétente, saisie par la partie la plus diligente, peut ordonner un transport judiciaire sur les lieux de la saisie à l'effet d'identifier les biens objet de la saisie en vue d'en déterminer le véritable propriétaire.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
