Voies D'exécution - Saisie - Saisie Conservatoire - Conversion En Saisie-vente - Saisie Et Acte De Conversion Notifies Au Saisi - Action En Annulation De La Saisie Conservatoire - Action Postérieure A La Conversion - Action Sans Objet - Nullité De La Saisie (non)

Tout créancier muni d'un titre exécutoire peut convertir la saisie conservatoire qu'il a pratiquée sur les biens de son débiteur en saisie-vente. Dès lors que le débiteur saisi a reçu notification de la saisie et de l'acte de conversion, toute action ultérieure en nullité de la saisie conservatoire qu'il pourrait initier doit être déclarée sans objet.

International Congress on the Business Climate in Africa: Kinshasa to Host Inaugural Edition in 2026
