Le locataire qui n'exécute pas ses obligations notamment qui ne paie pas les loyers malgré une sommation et une mise en demeure de respecter les clauses et conditions du bail s'expose à la résiliation de son contrat de bail. La résiliation du bail et son expulsion peuvent alors être demandés devant le juge des référés conformément à l'article 133 (nouveau) de l'Acte Uniforme OHADA sur le Droit Commercial Général.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation.
