L'ordonnance autorisant la saisie conservatoire doit être rétractée et la mainlevée de la saisie-attribution ordonnée, dès lors que les conditions de la saisie conservatoire ne sont pas réunies. Il en est ainsi lorsque la créance ne paraît pas fondée en son principe, aucune justification n'étant produite et le créancier saisissant ne justifiant pas de circonstances de nature à en menacer le recouvrement.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
