En suspendant le paiement intégral ordonné par le tribunal, le juge des référés a suspendu partiellement l'exécution forcée entreprise, alors même que la régularité de la saisie attribution pratiquée n'a pas été mise en cause. En confirmant une telle décision, la Cour d'appel a violé l'article 32 AUPSRVE. Par conséquent, la décision encourt la cassation. Dès lors, il y a lieu d'infirmer l'ordonnance litigieuse et d'autoriser les ayants droit à poursuivre l'exécution entreprise.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation.
