Un acquéreur de véhicules qui est sous le coup d'une procédure de saisie-vente pour non-paiement du prix fait grief à l'ordonnance de référé du Président du Tribunal d'avoir rejeté sa demande de délai de grâce et ordonné la continuation des poursuites.
Pour la Cour d'appel, celui qui a déjà bénéficié d'un délai de grâce de douze mois ne peut valablement prétendre à un autre délai sans violer l'article 39 AUPSRVE qui limite à une année le report ou l'échelonnement de paiement accordé à un débiteur. Par conséquent l'ordonnance attaquée mérite confirmation pure et simple.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
