Call for papers: Artificial intelligence and Africa

The Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) is organising an international colloquium from 22 to 25 October 2025 in Cotonou (Benin) on the theme “Artificial Intelligence and Africa: Perspectives from Jurists, Political Scientists, Economists and Sociologists”.

Seminar on Business Law at the University of Buea, Discussions on OHADA Law Take Centre Stage

This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
