Le solde débiteur d'un compte courant est une créance certaine, liquide et exigible et c'est en vain que le débiteur peut soulever l'absence de dénonciation par exploit d'huissier qui est une formalité non applicable en l'espèce.

Seminar on Business Law at the University of Buea, Discussions on OHADA Law Take Centre Stage

This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
