Les délais prévus dans l'Acte uniforme portant organisation des voies d'exécution étant des délais francs, ni le premier jour de l'acte, ni le dernier jour du délai d'un mois accordé au débiteur saisi pour élever des contestations ne doivent être pris en considération pour la computation dudit délai.
En décidant autrement, la Cour d'appel a commis une erreur dans l'application de l'article 160 de l'Acte suscité et sa décision encourt, par conséquent, la cassation.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
