L'Acte uniforme portant organisation des procédures simplifiées de recouvrement et des voies d'exécution étant adopté le 10 avril 1998 et devant entrer en vigueur 90 jours après son adoption, son application est effective depuis le 10 juillet 1998 de sorte que toute procédure de saisie initiée après cette date ne peut l'être que sur le fondement de ses dispositions.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
