Pourvoi En Cassation - Transaction Intervenue Entre Les Parties - Renonciation Au Pourvoi Par Les Parties - Radiation Du Pourvoi Par Ordonnance
Si, après formation d'un pourvoi en cassation et avant que la Cour ait statué, les parties lui font savoir par écrit qu'elles entendent renoncer à l'instance par suite d'une transaction intervenue entre elles, la Cour peut ordonner la radiation de l'affaire en vertu de l'article 44-2 du règlement de procédure de la CCJA.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
