Article 11 Aupsrve
En application de l'article 11 AUPSRVE, l'opposition formée contre une ordonnance d'injonction de payer doit, à peine de déchéance, être signifiée à toutes les parties et au greffe de la juridiction qui a rendu ladite ordonnance ; l'opposant doit, en outre, sous les mêmes sanctions, servir assignation à comparaître devant la juridiction compétente.
Doit donc être déclarée mal fondée l'opposition faite contre une ordonnance rendue par un juge près le Tribunal de première instance d'Abidjan accompagnée d'une assignation devant celui de Yopougon.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
