1. C'est en vain que le débiteur saisi conteste la validité d'un procès-verbal de recollement d'objets saisis en invoquant la violation de l'article 70 AUPSRVE, ce texte n'étant assorti d'aucune nullité comme sanction.
2. La sanction de nullité prévue par l'article 111 AUPSRVE ne s'applique qu'au procès-verbal de saisie vente et non au procès-verbal de recollement.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation.
