L'existence de relations contractuelles entre deux parties est attestée par la lettre d'accréditation par laquelle l'une confie à l'autre une campagne sportive de communication et de sponsoring et l'exécution par celle-ci de la tâche à elle confiée. Ces relations contractuelles et leur exécution établies justifient le recours à la procédure d'injonction de payer.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
The Faculty of Law and Economics of Mohamed V University in Rabat has been hosting since this morning an international conference on “OHADA Law: Challenges and Perspectives”.
