En matière de contrat de vente impliquant un transfert de marchandises, les risques sont transférés à l'acheteur, dès lors que la livraison des marchandises par le vendeur au transporteur a été effective.
Par conséquent, la société de transport ne peut se prévaloir du principe de l'exception d'inexécution pour refuser de payer le prix des marchandises.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation.
