Le pourvoi devant la CCJA se formant à son greffe, c'est à tort que la requérante a exercé son recours au greffe de la juridiction nationale ayant rendu la décision attaquée, enfreignant ainsi les dispositions de l'article 28 alinéa 1 du règlement de procédure de la CCJA. Il s'ensuit qu'un tel pourvoi formé en application des dispositions du droit interne, est irrecevable.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation.
