Le défaut de signification préalable de l'arrêt attaqué n'est pas une cause d'irrecevabilité du pourvoi.
Sont inopérants, les moyens qui ne critiquent en rien l'arrêt attaqué.
Les contestations relatives à la nullité du commandement, l'incertitude de la créance quant à son montant, la nullité de la sommation de prendre communication du cahier des charges et la nullité du cahier des charges ne relevant pas de celles énumérées à l'article 300 de l'AUPSRVE, c'est à bon droit que l'appel a été déclaré irrecevable.

International Congress on the Business Climate in Africa: Kinshasa to Host Inaugural Edition in 2026
