Dès lors, et conformément aux dispositions de l'article 14 alinéa 3 du Traité OHADA, la Cour suprême est incompétente pour se prononcer sur le pourvoi formé lequel peut cependant relever de la compétence de la CCJA auquel il convient de renvoyer la cause et les parties.
