Procédure - Recours En Cassation - Contestation Relative à L'application Des Actes Uniformes - Compétence De La Ccja (oui) - Dessaisissement
La Cour suprême, chambre judiciaire, formation civile doit se dessaisir immédiatement et transmettre l'ensemble du dossier ainsi qu'une copie du présent arrêt de renvoi à la CCJA de l'OHADA, compétente pour connaître du pourvoi, conformément à l'article 15 du Traité OHADA, dès lors que la contestation soulevée est relative à l'application des Actes Uniformes, précisément aux procédures de recouvrement simplifiée de créances entrées en vigueur depuis janvier 1998.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
