Tout bailleur peut solliciter de la juridiction compétente qu'elle ordonne l'expulsion du locataire qui ne respecte pas les clauses du contrat de bail. Faute pour le locataire d'apporter des éléments nouveaux en appel et de préciser les dispositions légales qui ont été violées, l'ordonnance entreprise doit être confirmée.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
