La saisie vente a été opérée sans titre exécutoire et il y a lieu de la déclarer nulle et d'en ordonner la mainlevée, dès lors que l'ordonnance d'injonction de payer en vertu de laquelle elle a été pratiquée a fait l'objet d'une opposition qui a suspendu l'exécution.

International Congress on the Business Climate in Africa: Kinshasa to Host Inaugural Edition in 2026
