Bail Commercial - Bail Verbal - Loyers Impayés - Impenses Réalisées Par Le Locataire - Absence De Preuve - Expulsion Du Locataire (oui) - Défenses à Exécution Provisoire (non)
Si la validité d'un bail verbal ne peut être contestée, le juge ne peut néanmoins faire droit à la demande du locataire qui sollicite les défenses à exécution de la décision ayant prononcé son expulsion dès lors que le locataire est redevable de plusieurs mois de loyers et qu'il n'apporte pas, par ailleurs, la preuve des impenses réalisées.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
