Droit Commercial Général - Prescription En Matière Commerciale - Difficultés D'interprétation - Pourvoi - Compétence De La Cour Suprême Nationale (non) - Renvoi Devant La Ccja (oui)

Dès lors que l'interprétation d'une disposition d'un acte uniforme (en l'espèce la question de la prescription dans l'acte uniforme portant droit commercial général) est en cause dans le cadre d'un pourvoi dont ils sont saisis, c'est à bon droit que les juges suprêmes nationaux, se déclarent incompétents à connaître de cette cause et renvoient les parties devant la CCJA.

International Congress on the Business Climate in Africa: Kinshasa to Host Inaugural Edition in 2026
