Dans le présent contentieux qui soulève des questions relatives à l'application d'un Acte uniforme, en l'occurrence celui portant organisation des procédures simplifiées de recouvrement et des voies d'exécution relatif à la saisie-attribution des créances, les requérantes n'élèvent à l'appui de leur recours aucun grief spécifique ayant trait à la violation d'une quelconque disposition de l'Acte uniforme précité et elles se bornent à énoncer des griefs fondés sur la violation du droit interne guinéen. Dans ces conditions, il échet de déc1arer le pourvoi irrecevable.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation.
