Rectification D'un Arrêt Rendu Par La Cour De Céans : Oui

Il est de principe que les erreurs et omissions matérielles qui affectent une décision, même passée en force de chose jugée, peuvent toujours être réparées par la juridiction qui l'a rendue.

Il résulte des pièces du dossier de la procédure, qu'une erreur matérielle a été commise dans la rédaction du dispositif de l'arrêt n° 043/2008 en date du 17 juillet 2008, en ce qui concerne la mention de la date du protocole transactionnel dont fait état l'arrêt, laquelle est le 11 août 2004 et non le 11 août 2007 ; il échet de rectifier ladite date.
