Pour débouter les héritiers de la victime, mortellement blessée par un véhicule vendu à des tiers, de leur action en responsabilité dirigée contre ces derniers, les juges d'appel n'ont recherché ni la personne qui avait la maîtrise du véhicule au moment de l'accident, ni si la chose vendue avait bien été livrée, violant ainsi les dispositions des articles 137, 138, 264 et 276 du Code des Obligations Civiles et Commerciales.

On Monday 14 April 2025, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat welcomed to its Headquarters in Yaoundé (Cameroon) students of the Master Programme in International Litigation of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a delegation of the OHADA Club of the same Institute.
This event, organised by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the said University, was enriched by five presentations. First to take the floor during the proceedings was Dr. Alexis NDZUENKEU, head of OHADA delegation. He addressed participants in English on the following topic: “OHADA and its Institutions: a Guarantee of Economic Growth in Africa”.
